Free Tier User Policy for Symphony
Welcome to the Symphony Free Tier! This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of our free service. By signing up for the Free Tier, you agree to comply with the following policies:
Document Creation Limit
Need to discussFree tier users can create up to 50 documents per year. This includes invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, and reports.
Users will receive notifications when they approach their document limit.Data Retention and Inactivity Policy
Need to discussIf a user is inactive (i.e., does not log in or perform any actions) for 30 consecutive days, a reminder email will be sent.
If the user does not log in within the following 7 days after the reminder, all data will be permanently deleted.Storage Capacity
Free tier users have a storage limit of 100MB for all data, including documents, reports, and attachments.
Users exceeding this limit will receive notifications and will need to delete old data or upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the service.Access to Features
