Petty Cash Voucher Page Overview
The Petty Cash Voucher Page is designed to facilitate the creation and management of petty cash vouchers for housing society expenses. The aim is to simplify the process for users with minimal financial knowledge while maintaining system efficiency.
1. Features
- We will show the last 5 to 10 Petty Cash Vouchers (we can use cards).
- We will have a search option. We will also introduce tags for vouchers, which will be used for searching vouchers and can be helpful for finding the same type of petty cash vouchers.
- Quick Duplicate Buttons with preset data of the voucher, allowing users to modify the amount and notes and duplicate the voucher.
2. User Flow
- Users will navigate to the Petty Cash Voucher Page from within the ERP system.
- Users can search for vouchers based on tags or other data (
needs to be discuss what user will search). - Once a voucher type is selected, users will be prompted to enter the amount and notes.
- The system can automatically fill in standard information, such as the current date and user details, from the selected voucher.
3. Simplified UI/UX
- In the future, we can create sections based on tags, and in each section, we can display 3 to 5 recent vouchers.
