CHS Reminders Management - New

Overview

Reminders Management means adding required all types of scheduler task type & enabling the required whats app send. For e.g., due reminders, investment maturity reminders. These reminders can be either through email or what’s app.

New TaskList we required

These are predefined system-level reminders that users can enable or disable.

  • Wherever Task Type is S it will be scheduled & wherever it is W for that we have to add btn on their razor pages for sending Whats App

Member Due

  • Currently we have option (MemberStatementOption) page from where user can send mail overthere only we will have a Send Whats App button
  • This new button will be enable only when record exist in WhatsAppDbTasks table for that task code & dbname
  • From Now onwards bulk email & bulk whats app allowed, when it is bulk email & whatsapp then we have to do queue
  • PDF also we have to save in S3 before sending Whats App & try to add PDF as link in Whats App template Next Round
  • When User is doing Whats App Send then Print Nil due will be always No, if user selected as Yes then validate it
  • Template will confirm by Sir or Vanshika Ma’am, once it is confirmed we just have to call Whats App controller, SendWhatsApp method
  • Mail & WA send to members

Voucher Receipt

  • In Voucher details we will send email & whats app for receipt vouchers
  • Mail & WA sent to members

Society Document Renewal

  • Scheduler only we need, using scheduler Email we have to send
  • For this user has to schedule every 1st day of month no need any validation
  • At time of scheduling we have to scan records from evault wherever Document Expiry Date is <= current date + 1month
  • it will also behave like Investment
  • Mail will be send to Entity

Investment Renewals

  • This will be schedule weekly wise it will scan investments every week, wherever investments maturity day is coming to near 15 days or expired we will send it on mail
  • For e.g., Scheduled on 10-Dec-25, Investment Maturiy date is <= current date + 15 days, it will send it
  • Mail will be send to Entity

Vehicle Parking Renewal

  • This will be schedule weekly wise it will scan parking register every week, wherever parking due date is coming to near 15 days or expired we will send it on mail
  • For e.g., Scheduled on 10-Dec-25, Parking due on is <= current date + 15 days, it will send it
  • Mail will be send to Member
